EACHANCE custom gutter systems are developed through engineering validation and supported by flexible manufacturing capabilities. Each solution balances the customer’s architectural preferences with the practical requirements of a complete drainage system.

In theory, gutters can be produced in almost unlimited profile shapes. In practice, however, not every shape will perform effectively. A gutter must provide reliable drainage over the long term while retaining its original form and architectural appearance.

This requires a carefully engineered relationship between several factors:

Material type and thickness
Gutter-hanger strength and spacing
Width-to-depth ratio
Angle between the front face and gutter base
Drainage capacity and outlet arrangement

If these factors are not properly coordinated, the gutter’s service life may be significantly reduced. Poorly designed profiles may also deform, restrict water flow or allow rainwater to overflow toward the building.

Custom Profile Options

Outward-Rolled Double-Curve Gutter

Developed from the traditional K-style profile, this design uses larger internal and external curves and adds an upper line detail to the front face. The result is a deeper, more three-dimensional architectural appearance.

Outward-Rolled Single-Curve Gutter

A large concave curve creates a clean profile with crisp, flowing lines, balancing traditional character with contemporary aesthetics. Its flat base allows it to connect with downpipes in a range of sizes and profiles.

Half-Round Front and Rectangular Back Gutter

This profile combines characteristics of the European half-round gutter with those of a rectangular gutter. It retains the smooth, rounded front associated with European systems while incorporating a defined lower section to increase water-carrying capacity.

European-Style Rectangular Gutter

Like a European half-round gutter, this profile features a small outward-rolled bead along its upper edge. The detail complements the overall rectangular form, giving the gutter a restrained yet distinctive appearance.

American-Style Rectangular Gutter

This profile replaces the double-curve face of a conventional K-style gutter with clean folded lines. Its cross-section is formed entirely from straight lines, creating a strong, precise and architectural appearance.

South African-Style Rectangular Gutter

The upper front edge uses an inward-folded detail similar to the American rectangular profile, while the main body is closer to a European rectangular gutter. A recessed line across the front face adds depth and strengthens its three-dimensional appearance.
