Assembly |Finishing

Based on the material, sheet thickness, structural strength, and appearance requirements, we select the appropriate welding or riveting process. This ensures reliable joint strength while effectively controlling welding distortion and the appearance of the finished product.

EACHANCE incorporates assembly into its integrated manufacturing system. Based on product drawings, bills of materials, assembly relationships, and the intended use of the finished product, we coordinate component fabrication, joining methods, surface conditions, purchased-part preparation, and assembly sequencing. This ensures that every component is installed in the correct position and orientation, with the appropriate fastening condition, to create a stable and reliable assembly. For enclosures, cabinets, frames, and equipment structures, assembly quality directly affects gaps, flatness, door operation, mounting-hole alignment, and subsequent equipment integration. Through fixture-assisted positioning, in-process verification, and final inspection, we ensure that products can not only be assembled correctly, but also manufactured consistently and repeatedly.

Deep-Throat Riveting Equipment

Automated Straight-Seam Grinding

Handheld Laser Welding

Produces narrow, uniform weld seams with a clean, refined appearance.

MIG/MAG Welding

Provides high welding speeds and strong, reliable joints

TIG Welding

Produces smooth, precise weld seams with excellent visual quality.

Multiple Welding Capabilities for Structural Performance and Appearance

Welding is one of several joining methods used within our assembly system. The appropriate process is selected according to the material, sheet thickness, structural strength, thermal distortion, and weld appearance requirements—not simply for maximum speed.

Automated Pulsed Laser Welding

Delivers high welding speeds while minimizing heat-induced distortion.

Assembly Is More Than a Final Operation

Assembly is not simply the last step in production. It is a comprehensive verification of the accuracy and quality achieved throughout all preceding manufacturing processes. A Clear and Repeatable Assembly Process from assembly feasibility review to parts verification and kitting, joining, component integration, and final confirmation, every stage has clearly defined inputs, procedures, and inspection priorities.

Verification Assembly Inspection and Delivery Preparation

Verify materials, assembly relationships, fastener specifications, surface requirements, and critical functional dimensions. Identify potential interference, assembly-clearance constraints, and process-sequence issues.

Confirm the readiness of in-house manufactured parts and purchased components. Prepare fixtures, measuring instruments, fastening tools, and work instructions to prevent production interruptions caused by missing or incorrect parts.

Select the appropriate welding method, mechanical riveting process, or threaded fastening method according to project requirements. Control positioning, assembly sequence, distortion, and the finish of visible surfaces.

Install self-clinching hardware, supports, hinges, seals, panels, and customer-specified machined or purchased components to create a complete assembly.

Check dimensional fit, gaps, fastening condition, surface protection, and quantities. Complete labeling, separated packing, and protective packaging according to project requirements.

Assembly Applications

Connection methods, inspection requirements, and delivery conditions vary from one assembly project to another. Providing 2D or 3D drawings, a bill of materials (BOM), samples, estimated annual volume, and critical functional requirements enables us to evaluate the manufacturing process and prepare a more accurate quotation.

Display cabinets and enclosures

Mobility-aid frames

Pre-treatment

Cleaning and conversion treatments are selected according to the material and service environment, providing a reliable foundation for coating adhesion.

Powder Application

We control coating uniformity, edge and corner coverage, visible-surface quality, and color-change procedures.

Controlled Curing

Curing conditions are set according to the powder system and workpiece characteristics to prevent under-curing or excessive heat exposure.

Final Inspection

Color, appearance, coating condition, and protection of assembly-critical areas are verified according to project requirements.

Powder Coating = Product Color + Durability + Delivery-Ready Finish

EACHANCE integrates surface finishing with the overall sheet metal manufacturing process. Before coating, we assess the substrate, welds, edges, surface cleanliness, and general condition of each workpiece. During powder application, we control racking, grounding, powder condition, coating uniformity, and coverage. After curing, we inspect color, gloss, texture, coating appearance, and critical assembly areas. For enclosures, cabinets, equipment housings, and architectural metal components, consistent coating quality begins at the design stage. Drainage holes, hanging points, masking areas, internal and external surface requirements, and assembly interfaces can all affect the final result.

Two Systems for Different Production Requirements

The automated coating line provides consistent quality for repeat production, while the large curing oven accommodates oversized workpieces and complex structures. Customers do not need to adapt their products to our equipment—we select the most suitable production route for each product.

Automated Powder Coating Line

Designed for the continuous production of enclosures, cabinets, panels, and standardized structural components. Automatic spray guns provide consistent coating coverage, while complex internal corners, deep recesses, folded edges, and shadowed areas can be manually touched up as required. This approach balances production efficiency with detailed finish quality.

Maximum Workpiece Size: L × W × H: 4000*350*1150mm
Maximum Load per Hanger: 50 kg
Conveyor Speed: 8 m/min

Coating and Curing for Large Workpieces

Suitable for large frames, cabinets, complex fabrications, and high-mix, low-volume orders. The effective internal dimensions of the oven determine whether a workpiece can be accommodated, while temperature uniformity and the actual workpiece temperature determine whether the coating is fully cured.

Effective Oven Dimensions: L × W × H: 9,000 × 2,750 × 3,500 mm
Maximum Workpiece Weight: 500 kg

Powder Coating Applications

From workpiece preparation through final protective packaging, every stage is planned around the product’s intended use. The specific chemical pre-treatment, powder coating system, and inspection standards are confirmed according to the material, drawings, service environment, and customer specifications.
